Looking for a Third Flatmate in Beaufort Park NW9

Hi! We’ve got a room available in our flat at The Draper, Draycote House, Beaufort Park (NW9 4GR). It’s a new development in Colindale, a 10-minute walk to Colindale station and only 2 minutes from the nearest bus stop, so getting into Central London is really easy.

The flat itself is clean, modern and relaxed. We originally moved in as three friends, but one of us has had to relocate for work, so the two of us are looking for someone to join the flat and make it feel like home again.

A bit about us: we’re both recent graduates from the University of Warwick and now working as young professionals in London. We’re sociable, easy-going and enjoy having a friendly atmosphere at home. We’re respectful of each other’s space during the week, but also up for the occasional dinner, coffee run, movie night or drinks together.

One of the best parts of the building is the brand new residents’ lounge that opened in April 2026. It’s become a really nice space to work from during the day or just chill outside the flat. With the new Dear Coco café opening right underneath the building this April as well, it’s made the area feel really lively and convenient, especially if you work remotely or enjoy working from cafés sometimes.

We’d love to find someone who’s tidy, considerate and easy to get along with, ideally someone who’s looking for more than just a room and wants a comfortable, friendly place to live.
