A bright, clean room is available from September 13th (perfect date for students!) in a well-maintained flat just a 3-minute walk from Colindale tube station (Northern line), making it ideal for anyone commuting into central London. We're students at UCL and SOAS, so it's about 30 minutes from Colindale to our campuses.

The flat is furnished in a clean and simple style, and comes with a spacious shared kitchen with integrated appliances, a comfortable living room with direct access to a private balcony, which is perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evenings! We have a bath! There's also access to a communal garden with a pergola and green space.

The available room is a good size, finished in a clean, minimal style with a desk, chest of drawers, and bed frame and mattress included. Light floors and white walls give it a calm, airy feel. You'd have total freedom to decorate it how you like.

The local area has everything you need day-to-day such as a Co-op, a large grocery store, cafes, and a gym.

Bills are not included. They're estimated to be 80-100 per person but due to the energy efficiency of the flat and us being big on saving energy, we believe it will be lower. The flat is available for September 13th following a last-minute change of plans from our previous prospective housemate.

We're ideally looking for someone who is easy-going, open-minded, a strong communicator, and takes genuine pride in their living space. We're really excited about decorating the place to feel like a home, so if that's something you're into, you'll fit right in! Neither of us are in the UK right now, so instead of meeting up, we'd love to have a call with you and see how we gel.

We can arrange a viewing with the landlord if you want to see it in person, but as of right now the previous tenants still reside in the flat (and some are in China...) which may make viewing a little difficult until July when they vacate and the property is reset.

Council Band E -- if you are a student you are exempt from paying, but if you are working, then you will have to pay the council tax at a 75% rate due to us (the two other tenants) being students.
