There are two bedrooms which are available in a three bedroom house

1st bedeoom: en suite double bedroom furnished with a king size bed and a huge wardrobe and two side beds and a terrace in front of the bedroom

2nd bedroom: a double bedroom furnished with a side bed and a queen size bed with a two wardrobes, the bedroom shares a bathroom with another bedroom however as the other bedroom is mostly empty, the access to the bathroom is pretty much private

The house has one parking space; a garden and a shared living room and kitchen

It is locations 12 mins walk from Colindale station on northern line, and 1 min walk for access to a bus going either to the station or central London

The house is locations in a development , pretty new built and very clean

WiFi and water bills are included but £75 a month for electricity and gas 6months a year and £50 a month for the other 6 months where usage is lower
