I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful female flatmate to share my lovely ground-floor flat in Colindale, literally 1 minute’s walk from Colindale Tube Station.

The flat is in a really convenient location but still feels very homely and comfortable. I’ll also be living in the property, so I’m hoping to find someone who is looking for a long-term home rather than just somewhere temporary to stay.

Your room includes:

* A very large custom-made fitted wardrobe with loads of storage
* Portable air conditioning – an absolute lifesaver in summer!
* Your own private bathroom with a bathtub 🛁
* A comfortable, private space in a well-kept home

The flat is on the ground floor and has a patio/outdoor area, which is lovely when the weather behaves itself ☀️

We’re looking for someone who is easy-going, tidy and considerate and would enjoy living in a relaxed, friendly home. I definitely want it to feel like a home rather than an awkward house-share where everyone disappears into their rooms!

Colindale Tube Station is only about a minute away, so getting into Central London is incredibly easy.
