Amazing Double Room

🏡 **Spacious Double Room in Colindale – Available from 15th October**

I’m moving out after living here for almost 4 years, as I’m moving in with my boyfriend.

The room is a spacious double on the top floor with a massive built-in wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers.

The house is a semi-detached 4-bedroom house, just a few minutes’ walk from Colindale Station (Northern Line). It has a separate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a huge living room, small garden with a shed, and an additional toilet downstairs.

The main bathroom on the top floor is shared between three girls.

You’ll be living with three women in their late 20s–40s, all from Slavic/Eastern European backgrounds. We’re friendly and get along well, but we’re also very respectful of each other’s routines, privacy and space. Everyone has their own life and schedule, so it’s a relaxed home rather than a party house.

It’s a fairly big house, so everyone sticks to the cleaning routine and does their fair share to keep the communal areas clean and tidy. We’re looking for someone who would be happy to do the same.

🚗 There is also one allocated parking space, which will become available when I move out.

**Rent: £750/month + bills (around £150/month)**
Bills include council tax, gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi.
Deposit: tbc approximately £850

The room should be available from around 13th October, although the exact date can be discussed.

We’re looking for someone who wants to stay long term. You’ll need to go through the landlord/agency referencing process.
