I'm a young live in landlord professional , looking for a flatmate.

2 bathrooms (yep, you'll have your own bathroom)
1 open plan living/dining room
Kitchen
Communal garden

Location:

The Flat is situated next to Colindale station (literally 5 minute walk.. not even that) which is on the Northern Line.

Also next to a bus stop, with great transport connections including night bus drop off point, and a taxi rank too.

10 minute walk from ASDA supermarket

5 Minute walk to Montrose Park ( if you enjoy jogging/running , playing football or tennis)

10 mins from a gym if you like keeping fit.

FLATMATE:

Looking for a down to earth, clean and tidy, respectful and sociable flat mate. Male, non -smoker.

FEES:

£650 pcm including bills, but open to negotiation if I find the right flatmate.
