Hi potential flatmate,

My name is Tony and I am the owner of a modern 2 bed flat in the prestigious Beaufort Park. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Colindale Station (Northern Line, Zone 4) and close by to local amenities including Brent Cross Shopping Centre.

Available to rent is a double furnished room. The bedroom itself is well equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers as well as a bedside cabinet and has it's own balcony. The flat generally has everything and all you would need to do is just move in.

The fee includes bills (electricity, high speed wireless broadband internet, water, tv licence, council tax and there is free access to a gym and spa which contains a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room).

Your potential flatmate is an easy going young professional, who enjoys sports, watching movies, and meeting friends. I am looking for a friendly, considerate, clean and tidy flatmate. You will be living in the flat on your own for the majority of the week as I tend to stay at my mother’s house a lot as she needs looking after.
