We're looking for someone who enjoys a clean, peaceful and respectful home.

It's a friendly household where everyone has their own routine, but we're also happy to have a chat and get to know each other.

This isn't a party house, so we're looking for someone who will treat the property as their home and be considerate of the people living here.

There is a simple shared cleaning routine so that everyone does their bit to keep the house clean and pleasant.

- Is clean, tidy and respectful
- Is considerate of other people in the house
- Has the right to rent in the UK
- Can provide references if required

We're particularly interested in finding someone looking for a comfortable, longer-term home rather than somewhere temporary.
