Double Room in Colliers Wood

Hey!

I’m Kitty (29) and I’m looking for a house mate to move into my spare room, the biggest room with big double wardrobes and a double Ottoman bed. The property is my home and relatively small so I am looking for someone likeminded who is friendly, chilled and looking to be a friend as well as a housemate. I work in advertising and work from home twice a week and would most likely work in the shared living room/Kitchen. I am often out after work for drinks or at the gym.

It’s a chilled and relaxed house, no big parties but I do like to host friends for dinner or have bbqs in the summer.

It would be great to find a housemate who is looking to make a house a home.

I am looking for someone from September but open to earlier or later and happy to discuss.

The room is a double at the front of the house. There’s a nice open plan kitchen\living space and I also have a lovely garden.

The flat is an ideal location just an easy 5 min walk from Colliers Wood station or a short walk into Tooting. It’s a nice place to live and I’ve always felt very safe, even walking home from the tube late at night.
