Double in a nice house close to Colliers Wood tube

Hello,

I have a lovely double room in a cosy house with the garden. You will be sharing with only one person, myself - professional female in her 30s. I also tend to be away 2 nights a week so you pretty much get a place to yourself. I don’t have frequent visitors either so it’s quite private.

- All bills included in the rent
- Nice furniture throughout
- Excellent transport links - Colliers Wood tube (Northern Line) is in 15 minutes walk - and you always get a seat! Bus stop around the corner - 15 min to Wimbledon town centre/station
- Only sharing with one person (myself) fully equipped kitchen, living room, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi for Netflix:) It’s warm in the winter and well insulated throughout
- There are 2 separate bathrooms in the house, you get full use of one of them
- Close to all the amenities - 3 gyms, lots of shops and supermarkets all in walking distance
- Great place to unwind - as there is an amazing sunny side garden

I am a friendly, sociable, professional female who likes to share a glass of wine or cup of coffee but also enjoy my own space (my rooms and bathroom are on the first floor, so you get all the ground one to yourself:)!

IMPORTANT - This is a quiet property and neighborhood so not suitable for someone that expects frequent visitors. Also not suitable for someone who primarily works from home.

Will suit someone friendly, clean and professional who seeks a quiet and relaxing place.
