Sharing 3 bed terraced house with 1 person only!

Hello,

I have a lovely double room in a cosy 2-floors house with the garden. You will be sharing with only one person, myself - professional female in her 30s. I also tend to be away 2 nights a week so you pretty much get a place to yourself. I don’t have frequent visitors either so it’s quite private.

- Nice furniture throughout
- Excellent transport links - Colliers Wood tube (Northern Line) is in 15 minutes walk - and you always get a seat! Bus stop around the corner - 15 min to Wimbledon town centre/station
- Only sharing with one person (myself) fully equipped kitchen, living room, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi for Netflix:) It’s warm in the winter and well insulated throughout
- There are 2 separate bathrooms in the house, you get full use of one of them
- Close to all the amenities - 3 gyms, lots of shops and supermarkets all in walking distance
- Great place to unwind - as there is an amazing sunny side garden

I am a friendly, professional female who likes to socialise but also enjoy my own space (my rooms and bathroom are on the first floor, so you get all the ground one to yourself:)!

This is a quiet property and neighborhood so will suit someone that likes their own space.
