Hi there!

I’m heading off on a 3-month sabbatical (dreams do come true!), so I'm looking for someone lovely to sublet my cosy room while I’m away. The flat is available from 01 June – 31 August or 01 July – 30 September — depending on what fits best!

The Room:
- Bright, quiet, peaceful double room
- Fully furnished (comfy bed, wardrobe, desk — ready for you!)
- I really love my bed — please help keep it clean and kindly bring your own bedding :)
- Small heads-up: All the main space in the room will be yours to enjoy, but I’ll be keeping my wardrobe and the space under the bed for my own storage while I’m away — thanks for your understanding!

The Flat:
- 3-bedroom flat with two friendly female flatmates (both working professionals, 26-27y/o)
- Fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, shared bathroom, electric stove, fridge/freezer, cutlery and cooking appliances — just bring yourself!
- We’re all respectful of each other's space, but occasionally cross paths at run club or for a coffee!

Location:
- Right across Covent Garden station — honestly the most central location you can imagine
- Main character energy every day — cycling distance to everywhere, and you can skip those dreaded tube fares!
- Surrounded by cafes, parks, museums, theatres and all the city buzz

You:
- Female preferred, ideally 25–29 years old
- Working professional (office-based preferred)
- Someone who maintains basic cleanliness and respects the shared home vibe

Rent:
- £1,190 per month
- Bills: approx £90 for water/miscellaneous + ~£50 for energy/gas in summer
