* Electricity used in the bedroom, which is separately metered via MeterPay and is typically around £3 per week
* A small charge for use of the coin-operated washing machine and dryer (£1.20 for a short wash or 30 minutes of dryer use). There is also a communal washing line in the garden.

The property is modern and well maintained, with high-speed broadband and double-glazed windows. The communal areas are professionally cleaned every three weeks.

Ivy Road is very well located for Cricklewood, with easy access to local shops, amenities and bus routes. Willesden Green Underground station and Cricklewood station are approximately a 10–15 minute walk away, and the 90-acre Gladstone Park is only around five minutes’ walk from the property.
