Recently refurbished cozy, medium size dbl room available in Zone 2 Cricklewood.
10 mins from Gladstone Park, 15 mins walk to Willesden Green tube, 15 mins walk to Cricklewood train station. Shops, amenities, gym with swimming pool nearby.
The room is downstairs in a 6 bedroom spacious house. Room offers lots of storage including built in cupboards and surtdy, large wardrobe with full length mirror. Please note, this room is directly next to the downstairs kitchen. We are considerate, reasonable people but some kitchen noise leaks in.
No mass accommodation as only 1 tenant allowed to live here per room. The male housemate remotely works from another country so only 4 females actually in the property for now.
Each floor has separately full bathroom and kitchen on each floor, therefore you'll only be sharing the downstairs amenities with 2 other working females.
Recently refurbished bathroom with toilet, small kitchen with microwave, cooker, kettle, toaster, oven and fridge-freezer.
Gas+electricity meters are also separately for each floor so you'll split monthly bill payments with 2 others. In non-heating months gas+electricity usage comes to £50-£60/month, obviously in heating season the gas bill is higher. In the medium size room there's a built-in large cupboard+a medium with a large wardrobe with a full length mirror.
Please note there's no extra storage space in the property outside the bedroom. We have a washing machine and a garden that is shared between all the tenants.
Rent weekly is £140, it includes water rates and council tax.
Internet £15/month plus the share of the downstairs gas+electricity usage split equally between the downstairs tenats.
Checkable work references and also previous landlord references are required.
The house is strictly non-smoking and no drugs or loud parties. Guests and visitors are welcome at no extra charge.
About the tenants:
We're all respectful, friendly, considerate and non-smoking people, full time working with a life outside the property. We like to have a chat but we all lead independent lives and don't live in each other's backpockets.
Only 1 tenant allowed to rent here per room.
Minimum stay 6 months.
You'll be taking part in a fortnightly cleaning rota where only the downstairs communal areas need a basic cleaning, takes 60mins. We're all chiping in with cleaning products and toilet paper.
Please note we have no secure storage for bicycles, nor are they allowed anywhere inside the house.
