Single Room, Garden, Parking, Quiet, Golders Green

Hiya,

I have a single room available in my lovely, quiet house between Golders Green & Cricklewood. The room is smal but there are many common areas to spend time working or relaxing in. I have a lovely, cute cat and a sweet, very quiet new lodger Enzo. We like to keep things calm and quiet. Although the room is small, it has a really comfy orthopaedic mattress and you have full use of the whole house of course. I'm looking to interview someone as soon as possible but please provide some details about yourself if you get in touch.

Cost: £600pcm (bills included) + deposit £600.

Free offroad parking in the front garden, large back garden with patio, lawn, plants and trees.
Washing machine, broadband, bathroom (separate toilet), through lounge area, kitchen & extension area.

15 mins walk to Golders Green, 20 mins walk to Cricklewood. 226, 102, 113 Buses just around the corner to stations & central London. 22 mins walk to the deer enclosure and entrance to Hampstead Heath. At night post rush hour 25 mins by bus home from Selfridges.

This is a friendly household (usually it's just me), looking for a friendly, responsible, considerate, very clean, cat-caring-loving lodger. Someone who can easily adapt to house customs e. g. no shoes indoors, keeping things tidy, being quiet with doors, turning off unused lights, lock doors & windows when exiting, etc. Also looking for lodger who is non-discriminatory, LGBTQ+ friendly, not into getting drunk, smoking, substances etc.

A lodger who loves cats and can also be a friend to our dear cat, she was a stray and chose to live here. So everyone who comes to the house makes friends with her and helps her out with feeding when I travel. She's a sweet and clean cat with NO litter tray because she just goes outside via her cat flap/door.

As for me, I'm positive, friendly, chilled, not moody, no dramas and believe open communication is really important. I was an art teacher for years and these days I'm into gym, playing my cello & dancing mainly tango. I'm a tree hugger, nature lover, into yoga fitness healing veggie-vegan...arts person, love languages and more. I'm generally pretty quiet at home with the rare live musical/foody gathering of close friends. I like both socializing & my own space.
