Friendly, Professional Lodger Wanted – Beautifully Renovated Flat in Cricklewood



I’m looking for a friendly and considerate professional man or woman to share my lovely flat in Cricklewood. It has recently been beautifully renovated to a very high standard. As well as the good-sized double bedroom on offer, the flat has a large kitchen/diner and a separate living room, so there is plenty of comfortable communal space.

The property is situated on a very quiet residential street. Gladstone Park is 5 minutes’ walk in one direction, and the bustling Cricklewood Broadway is 10 minutes away in the other. A large Waitrose is due to open any day now and there is also a good Lidl very close by. There are lots of family-run shops as well as independent restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world. The nearest underground stations are Willesden Green which are 15 to 20 minutes’ walk away respectively. There are lots of buses to Kilburn tube and to central London nearby.

The flat would be shared with me and my two small and very friendly dogs: you will need to love being with dogs! I am male, professional, clean, considerate and friendly. I am respectful of others and ask for the same. My ideal flatmate would enjoy living in a calm, relaxed and welcoming place, which is a home and not just somewhere to sleep. You would be tidy, considerate and respectful of our shared spaces.

The whole flat is cleaned professionally each fortnight, and I would ask that the cleaner has access to your room each time.

• The first £80 per month towards gas and electricity. Any bills above £80 are split equally between us.
