The current flatmates consist of one female (29) and one male (27), both creative professionals in the theatre and film industries. We adore the flat and have lived here for 2+ years, and are looking to find a clean, tidy and sociable new flatmate. We keep a nice balance between spending time together as a flat and having our own space, and can promise regular film nights with a takeaway, as well as cinema/theatre trips from time to time.
The tenancy start date can be any date in November-December 2025, with the 10th November being the earliest date on offer. A minimum term of 6-12 months is preferred, and will be subject to the usual referencing and checks via an agency.
