I am looking for a full-time student to take over my tenancy at Fusion Brent Cross Town, located at 40 Merchant Street, London NW2 8BB.

The studio is a classic studio located on the 5th floor, offering approximately 18m2 of private living space, with your own kitchenette and en-suite bathroom.

Tenancy: 1 January 2027 - 23 July 2027
Rent: £1,626.50 per calendar month
Students only.
