Room for Rent in Female Flat

Looking for another female to take over my room in a four bedroom female flat, between West Hampstead and Hampstead. The flat is a two story townhouse on Cricklewood lane, with a garden, shed, and shared living room. The room is a double, fully furnished, and on the ground floor with a lovely garden view! As I am leaving the country, there is also the option to buy some small items I will be leaving behind (i. e lamps, bin, laundry hamper, etc). The rest of the flat is also fully furnished, and is right across the road from a Co-op.

Public Transit:
- Less than a minute walk to bus stops serving routes 245, 260, and 240, which allow for quick and easy access to Golders Green (Northern Line) and Willesden Green (Jubilee Line) underground stations. By bus it takes about 10 mins to get to either, or walk 20 mins.
- Cricklewood Thameslink station is a 5 minute walk away.
- 30 min or so walk to West Hampstead Overground station, also accessible by bus/thameslink.
- 113 bus route is a 8 min walk away, 13 bus route is a 12 min walk.

In general, the area is very well connected to a variety of transit options. Very close to Brent Cross, as well as Hampstead Heath and West Hampstead. Finchley Road is also very accessible.

You will share the flat with three other working professionals aged 24-30, all female. The flat is a cozy, tidy, and comforting place to come home to, with a shared living room and garden for socializing, relaxing, and/or hosting. The room itself is spacious with ample storage options, a high ceiling, and a comfy double bed. A bonus is that the room is nice and cool in the hot summer months, due to being on the ground floor - but also nice and warm in the winter due to the excellent radiator! You also get a lovely view of the garden and are nice and close to the kitchen and bathroom. I have throughly enjoyed living here for a year and a half, being well connected to London but also a bit separate from the madness of the city! Nice and close to parks and amenities, and a relatively quiet area as well!
