Large bedroom in spacious house

We are looking for a new housemate to share a spacious and friendly four-bedroom house in Cricklewood/Kilburn (also near West Hampstead), on a quiet street excellently located near several high streets and connected to numerous transport links (Jubilee Line, Mildmay Overground, Thameslink) and 24-hour buses. The bedroom is a fully furnished double-room with lots of modern fitted storage space and overlooks the back garden. There is off-street parking and room to safely store a bike.

We have a recently renovated, fully equipped modern kitchen, large dining room, utility/storage room, a large comfortable living room, one full bathroom and a half bathroom. The house has double glazing, free high-speed fibre wifi, and a washing machine. There is also a large garden complete with a fish pond, barbecue, and patio - great for socializing and relaxing during the summer.

Great cafes, restaurants, and pubs are a short walk away in Kilburn, Cricklewood and West Hampstead.

About the housemates:

You will be sharing with Anthony who works in the charity sector and loves to travel, and Noemi and Jocelyn who both work in publishing. We are all in our 30's..

We are friendly and sociable people, and really enjoy spending time with each other and with friends, having dinner or a movie night together, or just going out for a walk and some food. We're looking for a friendly, down-to-earth, and considerate housemate who is happy to socialize and hang out but who is also respectful of everybody else's quiet time, personal space, and possessions.

Bills are around £120 per person per month.
