You will also have access to a well equipped kitchen, living room and garden and internet connection. The house has been recently renovated to a high standard. Gas and electric, water rates and weekly cleaning included.

The road is quiet and the location is within easy walking distance of three stations: Honor Oak Park for trains to Whitechapel /Canary Wharf, Crofton Park for trains to Blackfriars and Catford Bridge for trains to London Bridge, Waterloo and Charing Cross. There are plenty of local shops, restaurants and bars.

Would suit a professional who needs a quiet but welcoming base for weekdays. Ideally someone who commutes into Central London/Canary Wharf for work.

I'm a professional woman in my 50s who mainly works from home. I’m pretty chilled and friendly and have one elderly cat so would like someone who likes pets.
