Crouch End

I am renting a large double bedroom located in the centre of Crouch End. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, and a built-in storage cupboard above the wardrobe. There’s also a large bay window in the bedroom that looks out on to the garden so the room is very quiet.

It’s a 10 minute walk to Hornsey station, and a 10 minute bus to Finsbury Park station. It’s very well connected for public transport, and very quick to get into Central London. From Hornsey it’s 20 minutes to Moorgate, and from Finsbury Park it’s 10 minutes to Oxford Circus.
It’s also a five minute walk from the flat to Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s, M&S, the gyms, the cinema, pubs, bars and restaurants. Also it’s less than a 5 minute walk to the local park and a 15 minute walk to Alexandra Palace.

The flat has a large living room with high ceilings, and large bay windows. The kitchen gets lots of natural light, and opens out on to the garden.

I’m a professional working as a freelancer in the tv industry in my 30’s.
I like to go to the gym, cook, watch movies and socialise. It would be nice to find someone to who wants to be social, but I also don’t mind if you prefer doing your own thing.

The rent is £1500 per month with all bills.
