Bright double room in Crouch End

Hello! I am moving out of this lovely sunny flat share in September so looking for someone to fill my room. The flat itself is spacious with a separate kitchen and living room, a separate toilet, and a bathroom. There is loads of storage, including a huge cupboard (basically a walk in wardrobe!) that is reserved solely for the available room.

The room itself has space for a double bed, chest of drawers, and shelving. It is completely unfurnished, but the communal areas are fully furnished.

You'll be living with two others:
Alex, 34, works as an event manager at the Royal Albert Hall. She has long work hours, but when she's home, you'll likely find her relaxing with a glass of wine and a book.

Emily, 25, is an account manager for an international fashion label. She's a laid-back Aussie, loves keeping active and usually works in the office full-time.

It's a calm and friendly home, definitely more of a peaceful space than a party house. The flat is part of the Oakfield Court private residence. There are regular cleaners for the building, a nice community atmosphere, and they even collect rubbish from the door. You also have access to shared outside green space which is beautifully maintained and full of flowers!!

The flat is in a great location at the top of Crouch Hill and is walking distance from Crouch End, Finsbury Park, and Archway, with good bus routes.

Exact move in date is TBC but will be late Aug/early September.
