I’m looking for a friendly, clean and conscientious flatmate to join me in my lovely flat in Crouch End, North London.

The room is a good-sized double bedroom, available for £775 per calendar month including bills.

📍 The flat & location

The flat is in a great spot in Crouch End, with plenty on the doorstep while still feeling residential and peaceful.

* 10-minute walk to Hornsey Station, with regular trains into central London
* Around 10 minutes by bus to Finsbury Park, making it easy to get onto the Piccadilly and Victoria lines
* Close to Alexandra Palace & Alexandra Park
* Easy access to the Parkland Walk, which is lovely for walks and runs
* Crouch End Broadway is nearby, with lots of independent cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops
* Communal garden available to residents
* Parking available, and I have a dedicated parking

🏠 The flat

The flat has a shared kitchen and living room, as well as a bathroom shared between just the two of us.

There is also access to the communal garden, which is a great bonus in the warmer months.

👋 About me

I’m 29, female and a professional working in London. I’m in the office around three days a week and work from home two days.

I’m sociable and enjoy going out, travelling, seeing friends and making the most of London, but I also enjoy having some downtime at home and a chilled evening.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate and conscientious, and who is happy living in a sociable but relaxed home. I’d ideally like the flat to feel friendly and comfortable rather than just being somewhere we happen to sleep, but I also completely appreciate having our own lives and space.
