There are 4 bedrooms in a flat of 3 floors. A new kitchen is to be fitted at the end of September in time for the new tenant.
There are 4 rooms, 1 Bathroom and 1 Kitchen split between 3 levels of the flat. Flat is part of a House split into 2 flats on one of the prettiest roads in the area.
You'd be living with 3 male professionals and we're all happy to answer any questions you may have.

Bills come to around £180 each a month
We have a cleaner that comes fortnightly (doesn't clean our rooms)
