The flat is the top two floors of a semi-detached house on a nice street. The landlord also owns the flat below.

The bedroom is a great size. Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers plus a personal sink. It a toilet right next door.

Please note there is no living room as it has been converted into a bedroom, so the communal space is the kitchen.

Rent is £650 pcm which includes council tax and water. With other bills on top (internet, gas, electric) this averages to be around £750 pcm total.

Right in the heart of Crouch End, you’ll be less than a minutes walk from Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, M&S, and a 5 minute walk from multiple gyms, Picturehouse cinema and a variety of restaurants and shops.

Great transport links. There are multiple bus stops nearby which can get you to Finsbury Park and Archway Station within 10 minutes. Crouch Hill station (Overground) 15 minutes walk away.
Highgate station (Northern Line) 20 minutes walk away.

There’s a lot of beautiful greenery in Crouch End, including the Parkland Walk and Priory Park with Alexandra Palace also close by.
