The flat is clean and tidy and in a family friendly neighbourhood with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops on the high street.
The room is a double, on the floor plan it is labelled as the living room but when we moved in we felt the the room with the terrace attached is best as the living room.
Bills are an additional £200 a month.
The girl currently living in the flat is super friendly and sociable, but also respectful if you need you space.
I am moving back to my hometown of Brighton which is why the room is available.
