Beautiful & spacious bedroom in Hornsey flatshare

My double bedroom in a beautiful 3 bedroom flat in Hornsey/ Crouch End is going as I'm sadly moving out to be closer to work. We're looking for someone who can take over the room from the 6th of November.

The flat gets lots of natural light and is super spacious, spread across multiple floors. On the first floor you have a large kitchen (with dishwasher, two fridges, and lots of storage), lounge, bathroom and one bedroom. On the top floor are two bedrooms, one of which could be yours! The room has built in closets, views of the nearby clock tower, and is so quiet and peaceful. The house also has a great terrace with a view of Alexandra Palace. Many a BBQ and sunsets can be enjoyed here :)

It has good transport links. Hornsey train station is less than a 10min walk away and Turnpike Lane underground (Piccadilly line) is a 15min walk. You can also catch a bus to Finsbury Park station (Victoria Line) in about 20/25 mins.

There are also some lovely green spaces nearby. Priory park is just 7 mins away and Highgate Wood and Alexandra Palace are within easy walking distance.

You will be living with Jess (33, f, from NZ) and Ella (31, f, from London). They're both super friendly, relaxed, and often down for a chat. We're all out and about quite often (seeing friends, at the sauna, going for walks, hanging in parks) but also like to enjoy chilling at the house, cooking a nice meal, reading a book, watching a show, etc. Really keen to have a nice homely atmosphere and looking to live with people who want the same. Jess is a researcher and does both wfh and going into the office, Ella is an accountant and also has a hybrid work setup. Ideally looking for someone who has similar working patterns or works from the office most of the time.

The room is unfurnished, however I may be selling some furniture before I move out.
