Lovely Double Room, Crouch End - Short-term Let

Lovely double room with private bathroom in the heart of Crouch End.

Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, kind flatmate to take my room for 3–5 months while I’m away on sabbatical, from early January until the end of April. Exact dates can be flexible.

It’s a spacious, light double room with your own private bathroom, in a lovely flat right on Crouch End main street. The flat has a large shared living room and kitchen, so there’s plenty of space to relax rather than feeling like you’re confined to your room.

The location is brilliant. Crouch End has a really nice neighbourhood feel, with loads of cafés, pubs and restaurants on your doorstep, and Parkland Walk is a 5 minute walk away. There are also buses right outside taking you to Finsbury Park and Archway tube stations in just 10 minutes.

You’ll be sharing with one lovely flatmate, and we’re looking for someone friendly, considerate and relaxed who will treat the flat like home. Ideally suited to a professional aged 30+, who is social but also likes to do their own thing.

Rent includes bills, and there’s also a covered parking space available.
