Double Ensuite Room in Crouch End/Border Highgate

Hi there!

We are looking for a down to earth person to come and share our home in Crouch End/Highgate! You would have a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (toilet, shower and sink) on the 2nd Floor ( which is all to yourself) in a beautiful Victorian flat.

We are a 3 minute walk from the clock tower in Crouch End, a 5-10 minute bus ride to Finsbury Park Station or a 15 minute walk to Highgate Station.

The room is bright and furnished as is the rest of the flat and is available from 1st September after our lodger of 6 years is moving on! Can be flexible on price for the right person especially if a Mon - Fri let is more suitable.

Our current flatmate has lived with us for 6 years. Our flatmate before that lived with us for 4 years and we reluctantly let her go so she could go to University to become a nurse!
We are super chilled and socialise mainly in passing as have hectic schedules so we are more likely to be found camped out in front of the TV watching a box set or footie!
We are not opposed to someone who just wants to keep themselves to themselves and has their own life.
We treat our place as a home so it will always be clean and tidy (thanks to the fortnightly cleaner which is included in the price). Your flatmates are lone parent me (female 41) my son (16 year old who is well behaved and will go off to study for his A-levels in Sept)

Genuinely not your average pokey flat so give me a call if you are interested! You get your own floor all to yourself with a desk and good broadband which is important with flexible working.
