This attractive room overlooking the garden, is in a lovely Victorian House in the heart of Crouch End, being just one minute's walk from the famous Clock Tower

This is a good sized room with its own brand new kitchenette. It has an almost new bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and large, comfortable sofa.

The house is very quiet and is shared by professionals, most of whom are out all day at different times. They are all friendly and helpful but also very quiet so we are looking for someone who will fit in well.

There is a shared bathroom which has a washbasin and toilet, a separate shower room and a second separate toilet with washbasin.

The house is cleaned weekly so the communal areas including the hallway are always clean.

For anyone unfamiliar with Crouch End, this is a very special area in that transport is very easy for both the city and the West End. We also have parking facilities outside the house although a permit is required if your vehicle will be outside during the week. We are very close to both the M1 and M11, and just a short distance from the North Circular.

We have an abundance of good supermarkets including a large Waitrose, a Sainsburys and an M & S Food store.. There are many small independents where you can buy wet fish, freshly baked bread and confectionery and lots of restaurants from almost every part of the world.

It is a very sociable area and there are very interesting pubs, and bars, including an excellent Blues bar, and many open Mic nights at different venues as the area is host to many musicians and TV personalities.

The rent is inclusive of Council Tax, Water Rates and Gas and has a very good wifi system which is also included. The only additional bill is the electricity and each room is wired to have its own meter so you basically pay for whatever you use.
