We have 1 double bedroom available in our shared house in Crouch End, one on each floor of the house.

First floor room: It is a big double bedroom looking out over the rear garden. The bedroom is 4 x 3.5m approx. and it comes furnished with a double size bed, 2 shelves, 2 chest of drawers, small build in wardrobe and 2 wardrobes, one big and one small. The cost of the room is £555/month + £85 bills. A deposit of six weeks (£769) is required with the first month of rent. The bedroom will be available from the 8th of December.

The house has 3 floors, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, front garden with private parking and a massive rear garden with two sheds and a greenhouse. We have a very well equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and kitchenware.

We are a friendly house and we all have been living together for a long time. We like to share time together and respect each others privacy. We are looking for 2 housemates to make this place their home for the foreseeable future.

The house is in a residential area and walking distance from Alexandra Palace Park, Muswell Hill, Crouch End and Highgate.

The nearest tube stations are Turnpike Lane, Finsbury Park and Highgate which are 15 min by bus (24h on Fridays/Saturdays). Also Alexandra Palace and Hornsey train stations are nearby.
