I think it's better to live with somebody than be on your own and there should be enough space for two persons to be sociable and also have personal space.

I like art, history, philosophy, technology, cycling, running, Tai chi. I'm fairly quiet although i WFH most days, there's currently no TV or music system, the road is not busy and there is party wall soundproofing - this is a good place if you are looking for somewhere quiet.

The bedroom is partly furnished but come for a chat and we'll talk about the best way to manage your needs, I might need to buy a bed for it anyway.

My housemate who's been with me for about a 17 months is moving in with her boyfriend - I'm not sure when she'll be vacating the room but she thinks mid March - whenever their house purchase completes.
