The flat is within less than 10 mins walking distance of Crystal Palace station and the Triangle, with loads of lovely cafés, bakeries, bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
There are shared living areas, kitchen and bathroom, but the flat is spacious and has a relaxed, homely feel. I’m also not around most weekends as I usually spend time with family.
Ideally looking for a female tenant who’s looking for somewhere comfortable for a short term stay.
