Approximately five min walk to Crystal Palace Station, park, super markets, shops etc. A bus stop is located outside the house. A friendly peaceful household with lovely, mature, tidy people. A respectful person will be considered. The individual will need to be considerate of each others space, time and be courteous. Paying their rent on time will be greatly appreciated. Someone that is independent and cleans up after themself. All these are core values in maintaining a fair and peaceful household. The person in the house have been Dbs checked.
