1 bed flat in Adriatic Apartments on riverside

Hello! I am subletting my one bed flat for 2 months from late October until end of December.

I’m flexible if you need it earlier for a few more weeks in October all the way till December. I am set to travel overseas during this time, however will be reachable over the phone. If you have a short term need for a beautiful waterside living around the infamous Excel Center in east london, this could be a good fit.
Various Tube stations around here:
- Custom House tube station on the Elizabeth line is 5-7 mins walk
- Royal Victoria DLR is behind the building and 1 min walk away
- Canning Town on the Jubilee line is 10-15 mins walk

You can expect to be in central London in under 20 mins.

* Preference would be for a working professional as the flat is close to Canary Wharf and city of London, however responsible students are welcome of course.
* WFH ergonomic chair and big monitor in place for ease.
* ALL bills are included, returnable deposit.
* Room has abundant natural light because of beautiful large double glazed windows with riverside views.
* House is fully functional with all amenities/ toiletries/ cleaning prods in place.
