Hello! I am subletting my one bed flat for 3 weeks in December. Start of December until Christmas.

You will be sharing with a guy who already lives in the flat and is happy to take the couch, so you can have the bedroom to yourself. The price is reflective of this. I’m happy to discuss this arrangement further.

If you have a short term need for a beautiful waterside living around the infamous Excel Center in east london, this could be a good fit.
Various Tube stations around here:
- Custom House tube station on the Elizabeth line is 5-7 mins walk
- Royal Victoria DLR is behind the building and 1 min walk away
- Canning Town on the Jubilee line is 10-15 mins walk

You can expect to be in central London in under 20 mins.

* Preference would be for a working professional as the flat is close to Canary Wharf and city of London, however responsible students are welcome of course.
* WFH ergonomic chair and big monitor in place for ease.
* ALL bills are included, returnable deposit.
* Room has abundant natural light because of beautiful large double glazed windows with riverside views.
* House is fully functional with all amenities/ toiletries/ cleaning prods in place.
