We have a double room in our house in dalston - just a 5 min walk away from Dalston Junction.
The room is furnished with a double hanging rail with shelves above and a bedside drawer. It also has a double bed. It has recently been repainted in white with white wooden floors too. So a clean, blank canvas.
You would be sharing the kitchen which is fully equipped. Also sharing the bathroom and the downstairs toilet.
The rent is all inclusive and the room is available end of January with some flexibility on dates.
You would be living in a typical family house - sometimes busy, sometimes quiet but we are definitely not a party house.
