Clean and cosy double in dalston

We have 1 lovely double in our house in dalston. SUITABLE FOR SHE/HER ONLY. Available end Dec. The room itself is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers and small console table. You would be sharing the kitchen which is fully equipped. Also sharing the bathroom and the downstairs toilet. The rent is all inclusive of all bills. We are a five minute walk away from dalston junction station. You would be living in a typical family house - sometimes busy, sometimes quiet.
