Who you'll be living with

I'm a 37-year-old Kiwi professional who's been living in London for several years. I'm easygoing, sociable and enjoy keeping active, particularly running, cycling and the gym. Always happy to have a drink or a chat, but equally enjoy my own space and keeping a relaxed, tidy home.

I work from home quite a bit, so ideally looking for someone who's comfortable with that.

Availability

Short let only, available from 1 December through to January / February, although there's some flexibility depending on your circumstances.

I'll be travelling overseas from Christmas until mid-January, so you'll have the flat to yourself during that period, subject to agreeing the arrangements.

Rent: £1,500 pcm, including all bills.
