My flatmate is moving out on January 3rd and I need someone to join me in this beautiful 2 bedroom (both en-suite) flat! The flat is right between haggerston and dalston junction station (both are a short walk Sway). It’s located in a sweet little cobbled alley way and minutes away from several bus stops and great bars/cafes.
The flat is really airy and peaceful. You can see the overground from the kitchen window but the sound of the train barely comes through. The flat is entirely furnished— including your room which comes with in-built closets and a bed.
About me: I’m a 32 year old theatre producer and work in the office in central London most days of the week (occasionally from home).
I’m originally from India but have been living in London, and in this area for 4 years. I love a warm home environment where we can chat & keep each other company but also very much respect alone time and the need for a home to provide that. LGBTQ+ friendly & value good/open communication around roommate-relationships!
This would start as a rolling sublet arrangement with 1 month of notice in case you are looking for something flexible!
