Hello potential new flatmates!
I have 2 Double Rooms available in a 3 Bedroom 9th Floor flat in Dalston.
ROOM:01 Double Bedroom (Shared Bathroom) £1190
The room comes furnished with a double bed, bed side table, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. It also has a full-length window with great unobstructed views looking out towards the rest of East London as well as letting in lots of light throughout the day. You will also be sharing a large bathroom with one other person (Me).
ROOM:02 Double Bedroom (En-Suite) £1390
The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a large built in wardrobe.

COMMON SPACES:
The rest of the flat is spacious, bright, and airy, as well as having 2 balconies! The flat also has a good amount of storage should you need that as well. There is access to a Co-working space downstairs on the ground floor of the building.
*You will be joining a 24 Month Contract running from 21st November 2025 - 21st November 2027 and will need to pass reference checks. Although this is a 24 Month Contract it is very flexible with a 12 Month break clause in the middle. Should you want to leave sooner than that a name change on the contract is possible for a small fee but ideally I'm looking for people who would want to stay for a year minimum.*
BILLS:
Bills come to around £150-200 per month, which includes water, hot water, electricity, and council tax (Band E). (The flat stays warm even in the winter months, which means we never have to use the heating, we've not put it on in 3 years of living here). High-speed internet is included in the rent. There will be a Splitwise group where we put common household things as well as the bills. We all pay our Council tax individually then we will split the other 3 bills between us and take a responsibility for 1 each (Electric, Hot Water, Thames Water)
ABOUT ME:
You will be living with me Lee (29). I work as a Motion Designer for an Advertising Agency. I do a mix of WFH and Office days. I'm into Climbing (regular at The Castle near Clissold Park), hiking and generally a very outdoorsy person. I like to travel when I can and also play guitar. I generally like to keep things pretty chill here, and keeping the flat a peaceful place to live. I'm looking for like minded people with similar interest with that sort of lifestyle who are tidy and respectful and will continue making this flat a great place to live!
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT:
Excellent access to transport links, 4 minutes walk to Dalston Junction Overground station and 7 or so minutes to Dalston Kingsland or Hackney Downs. Also, there are multiple bus stops nearby that can get you into central London very quickly. The building also has secure bike storage if you own a bike.
The flat is also in walking distance of London Fields, Broadway Market, Victoria Park. And we have a lot of supermarket options nearby, including a large Sainsbury’s and an Aldi.
