Chill, calm, friendly Dalston flat share

Hello!

We’re looking for a lovely person to join our calm, peaceful, tranquil flat share. We value open communication, kindness and treating our flat as a sanctuary from the outside world. We’re a group of mid-20s to 30-somethings working in creative and charitable fields, living our own lives but enjoying a peaceful, considerate shared space. If that sounds like your vibe, read on.

The Flat
A 5-bed, 3-bathroom flat with an open-plan kitchen (including dishwasher), dining and living area. It’s a little worn in places but spacious, homely and great value for the location. With three bathrooms, there’s never a queue.

Location
6 minutes from Dalston Junction and Haggerston, with the 76, 149, 242 and 243 buses seconds away.

The Room
A large, spacious, bright double room with plenty of storage, space for a desk, tonnes of natural light and enough room to work, read, create, meditate, scroll or however you like to spend your time.
The bathroom is practically yours, it’s only shared with one other who has their own shower in their room.

Bills
Around £90 pp/month in summer and £120 pp/month in winter.

Accessibility: The flat is on the second floor, with no lift, the stairs are steep so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

P. s One of our housemates is disabled, a wheelchair user and home most of the time. If you’re not comfortable around disabled people, or have a basic familiarity with the social model of disability, this might not be the flat for you.

P. p.s Yes, we’re a central Dalston flat, but no, we are not party animals or big drinkers. We’re probably a bit too boring for you if that’s your vibe.
