Beautiful home for one (all bills included)

Beautifully designed home all to yourself (not suitable for couples) except for when I am in town and will stay over in the 2nd bedroom - which is infrequent, approx once a month, often less. I own the property but am based out of London, so I don’t live there.

It’s a great option for someone who doesn’t want the hassle of having to set up home as it’s fully equipped and fully furnished with high quality sofa, dining table, chairs, bed and mattress, pillows and a fully equipped kitchen.

Will suit someone who wants a quiet, comfortable and convenient place to call home in a great location - in the heart of Dalston but off the beaten track, so convenient but quiet - off the main road, centrally located but also away from traffic noise.

🚏🚇 🚞 5 mins and you're in Dalston - Dalston Junction + Dalston & Kingsland Overground stations. 10 mins and you're on Upper Street - Highbury & Islington + Angel Underground stations. 20 mins to Oxford Street in central London, 30 mins to Shoreditch/The City.

Excellent buses services the area, can be caught from the top of the road and are very frequent.

Plenty of green space nearby - Clissold Park, Highbury Fields, Newington Green, Haggerston Park, Shoreditch Park, Victoria Park.
