PLEASE NOTE - this is 2 bed property but I keep the 2nd bedroom empty for the rare occasion when I am in town and will stay over. This is very infrequent - about once every couple of months. I own the property but am based out of London, so I don’t live there.

It’s a great option for someone who doesn’t want the hassle of having to set up home as it’s fully equipped and fully furnished with a high quality sofa, dining table, chairs, bed and mattress, pillows and a fully equipped kitchen. You won’t have to sort out any household bills, as I take care of everything, including regular professional cleaning.

In the heart of Dalston but off the beaten track, so convenient but quiet - off the main road, centrally located but also away from traffic noise.

Excellent buses services the area, can be caught from the top of the road and are very frequent.
