SHORT-TERM: spacious Dalston room 27 July - 6 Aug

Short-term sublease 27 July - 6 August only - dates are not flexible. £400 for the full stay, all bills included.

I'm going away and looking for a lovely, respectful and tidy person to live in my lovely, spacious and tidy room :)

High ceilings, the room is large with a double bed, couch, desk, two big windows, and plenty of floor space (where you'd be welcome to use my yoga mat :) ). You'll have access to the wardrobe with hangers, as well as some of the dresser drawers.

There is a shared kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you might need, including your very own refrigerator. You'll be sharing with two lovely women who are also respectful and tidy!

Nestled in between Dalston and Stoke Newington, the location is quite fantastic ... on Stoke Newington Road just next to a bus station and a short 5-minute walk to Dalston Kingsland, and a couple more minutes to Dalston Junction. Unlimited shops, restaurants, cafes around.

Wifi, heat, and all other bills included.

Please send me a little bit about yourself, and if you'd be able to stay for the whole time - which is my preference! (Though in reality, paying rent is my main preference so if you'd be happy to pay the price for less time in the flat that's fine too!)
