We are subletting our bright and spacious flat while we are away.

Available from July 20th till December 31st. Minimum 3 months from the start date, and preferences are given to those who can rent the whole period.

£2280/month inclusive of all bills except the heating, which is calculated based on the actual usage.

We are looking for a clean and considerate individual/couple who will treat our flat like their home. No shoes to be worn in the house, please.

The flat will be cleaned by the cleaner before the sublet and we ask you to do the same at the end of your stay.
