Single Room Available - Dalston Junction

Looking for a room in Dalston? I have a single room available in my 2-bed flat, just a couple of minutes' walk from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations (Perfect location). The area is full of great cafés, restaurants, bars and shops, with everything you need on the doorstep.

I only rent the room out occasionally, so I'm looking for someone who's a good fit for the space. Initially available on a short-term agreement, with the possibility to extend if it works well for both of us.

Single room (2.7m × 2.5m)
Single bed available if needed
Private downstairs bathroom (occasionally used by guests)
Shared kitchen
Bills negotiable
And yes... there is a cow in the garden :)

*Best suited to someone with a fairly minimal setup, as it's a comfortable single room rather than a large double with lots of storage.

About me / What I'm looking for

I run a clothing company and occasionally work in photography, mostly within the Shibari scene. This is my home rather than a house share, so I'm looking for someone who is considerate, respectful and genuinely enjoys living in a clean, tidy environment.

The ideal person is independent, comfortable doing their own thing, and, open-minded. Keeping shared areas clean and looking after the flat is really important to me, so looking for someone who naturally cleans up after themselves is a must ;)
