Two Double Rooms available in Dalston Flat Share

Hello!

We're on the hunt for two new flatmates to join the house as we're moving. You would be joining our current housemate Nim who's in her 30s, friendly and easy-going.

The room is available from December 6th, as we're moving on the 5th December.

The flat itself is virtually brand new having been renovated from scratch in 2024, with all modern finishes including a dishwasher. It’s also in a fantastic location in Dalston. Straight out the door you have an array of coffee shops, bars and restaurants :)

Transport: there is a bus stop less than a minute away which takes you to central destinations such as Shoreditch, London Bridge and Waterloo. Dalston kingsland station is a 6 minute walk away and Dalston Junction a 10 minute walk.

In terms of bills these are not included and we divide these responsibilities equally. We then have a split share and pay each other when owed. We think this works well, but be happy to alter responsibilities as needed. The flat is council tax band C.

The deposit is £985 which is put into a deposit protection scheme. The landlords are responsive and reliable.

For furnishings, both rooms come with a double bed, and we can arrange a wardrobe through our landlord.
