Hi! My housemate is sadly moving out so I’m looking for someone friendly and considerate to join me in a lovely 2 bedroom flat in the heart of Dalston.

About the room & flat:

A spacious double bedroom that comes with a double bed and plenty of under bed storage, wardrobe and small chest of drawers. The landlord can remove the furniture if you prefer to bring your own. The flat has a separate kitchen and large living/dining room for movie nights or just chilling after work. Furnished communal areas, and a shared bathroom (with a relaxing bath!). The property also has a sunny resident’s communal rooftop/courtyard, great for chilling or hosting friends and an on-site porter.

Location:

The flat is a two-minute walk to Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction stations, surrounded by amazing bars, cafés, restaurants and shops. Great transport connections across London, and walking distance to London Fields, Hackney Central, Stoke Newington and more.

About me:

30-something year old female working in interior architecture. Chilled, respectful, enjoy my own space but always happy to hang. I love galleries, exhibitions, gigs, trying new restaurants, and going for a swim every once in a while. I work from home 2 days per week so looking for someone working in the office a couple of days also. Looking for someone clean, tidy and considerate that will treat the flat like a home (Non-smoking).
