We have a room going in our beautiful, bright 3-bedroom warehouse conversion at the heart of Dalston, just off the high street (Simpson House, 1 Somerford Grove). 1 shared bathroom/toilet, joined living room/kitchen. High ceilings, large windows, and original Victorian floorboards.

Chill, family vibes. We like to eat together, have a cup of tea before bed, catch up after work, that sort of thing. We're a sober house. Generally out at weekends doing all things wholesome, with the occasional club night here and there.

Looking for a long-term housemate, with a good routine, 27–35. The room comes with a double bed and large clothes rack. The walls are currently painted yellow and need to be white for deposit return. I can either paint white before move in or can paint yourself at the end of your agreement if you also love the yellow.
