Double room in modern apartment in Dalston

One of our flat mates is moving into his first home and so we are looking for a replacement.

The flat is in the heart of Dalston just a 5 min walk to Dalston junction station, with kingsland high street & loads of nice bars, coffee shops n restaurants close by. It is such a good location for connection to the rest of east ldn (and almost anywhere else) too! The flat is in a secure building and is nice n quiet. There is a big Sainsbury’s a 2 min walk away.

You’ll be living in a flat of 3 with me and other flat mate, Riley. We are both professionals who work in the city - I am in law and Riley is in graphic design. We are looking for someone nice chill and social and someone who respects people’s downtime and space. We’d like someone who will be up for socialising here and there, whether that be a spontaneous trip to the pub, a dinner out somewhere or a chill walk along the canal but equally someone who is independent and has their own stuff going on.

We are both LGBT+ but have no preference for any new flat mate to be so long as they respect this fact/are an open-minded person.

The room
- Double bed, chest of drawers, 2 mini bed side tables with draws, 1 wardrobe.

£937.50 rent without bills (bills about £110 additional). Deposit is 1 months rent.

Not taking any students, sorry! Will need to pass all referencing checks and prove ability to pay rent with secured employment.

You’ll share the bathroom seen in the ad with just 1 other (the other room has an en suite).
