Duplex in prime location

I’m in my 30’s from Belfast and looking for a chill, like minded flatmate to move in.

Day to day I’m on the go a lot, in the office everyday, usually out from 8-7 most days, so I want to come back to a calm clean base to chill out with someone that respects the use of communal spaces.

At the weekends it can fluctuate between being very chill or doing something not so chill. Partial to the odd rave, so bonus if you are into that scene. I don’t like to take the party home though. Ideally it would be nice to have someone that I can hang out with the odd time, likes the same sort of music, but equally have our own lives and respect each others space, as during the week I’m pretty quiet as I’m usually exhausted from the day to day working life.

Big lover of all that Kingsland Road has to offer in terms of bars and restaurants so extra bonus if you’re a bit of a foodie.

I like to keep the place clean and well aired so needs to be a similar vibe.

If WFH I don’t mind if you do as long it’s not in the living room after working hours, at the weekends or ad-hoc days I’m home myself. There’s plenty of space in the bedroom for a desk, I’ve my own set up in my bedroom.

The Flat - It’s a modern two bed 1.5 bath flat, split over two levels and 30 seconds from Haggerston overground station.

The available bedroom is spacious - comfortably taking a king-sized bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and plenty of storage! There is one shared bathroom, however, the bedroom has a separate downstairs toilet/sink, so that would be yours.

The flat is split level with one bedroom upstairs the other downstairs so there’s total separation meaning you can really have your own space.

The flat is semi furnished - the bed, wardrobe and drawers are all included.

Water bills are included. Energy, Council Tax (D) and Broadband are not included and total around £200 pcm.

The flat is east facing, really bright and light, and looks across the overground towards London Fields. It's a fun area to live, with Broadway Market, Spitalfields, Liverpool street, Angel and Dalston on your doorstep.

There are lots of public transport options nearby, with easy bus routes into Liverpool Street, London Bridge, Waterloo and the city. The Overground connects directly into Whitechapel, Highbury & Islington, and Canada Water, providing quick links to the Elizabeth, Victoria, Jubilee, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines.

I’ll be looking to host viewings over the next couple of weeks. Depending on times, I can do weekends and some evenings after work.
