Description
En-suite double room close to Dalston stations (flat to yourself!)
This apartment is a beautifully furnished, modern and very clean space, shared with one female and one loving, quiet, well-house-trained cat. Less than a minute walk to Dalston Kingsland & 2 minutes to Dalston junction, very well connected to central and outer London.
Easy to walk to supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, restaurants and bars.
This room is only available 24th October- 13th November 2026 and then again 29th November - 13th December. I am open to discussing 24th October through to 13th December. The room has been discounted to account for feeding the cat (food provided). The total rent for the full 3 weeks including all bills is £1350.
You will have the whole flat completely to yourself for the first 10 days from October 24th. Taylor (rents the other room) returns from a trip 3rd November.
The room includes a TV, plenty of drawers space, shelves and a king memory foam bed. Additionally there is access to the kitchen and shared living space with TV, piano, dining table & sofa bed. This is where your desk and monitor are positioned.
